Terms of Sale

• ‘Works’- Refers to photographic images, produced by myself, digital or physical.

• The entity ‘Uncertain Outcome’ and David R Turner are sole owners of all works, digital, physical or otherwise.

• You can purchase copies of my work, produced by me through my website, or my chosen suppliers, solely for your own viewing pleasure.

• Your ownership applies solely to the reproduction of the physical photographic print you purchased, that is delivered to your home address. You have no ownership or claim in anyway on the original photographic images themselves, or any other reproductions thereof.

• Uncertain Outcome - David R Turner, retains all copyright and ownership over any and all works produced by myself or my suppliers.

• You do not have permission to; edit, copy, duplicate, distribute, make any derivative off, share, put on public display, make any adjustments too, make money from, use my work in any way without my express permission. This applies to any and all works viewed electronically or physically, downloaded or purchased from me or my website, or from any other website I am affiliated with or that my work appears on, without my express written permission to do so.

• Failure to adhere to these terms, will result in prosecution, to recover lost income, sales, costs incurred by me, and potential damage to my reputation.

• By failing to comply to any or all of these terms, as of the current date or at any time in the past, you agree to reimburse me to the sum of no less than £100,000 GBP, in compensation, plus any and all costs incurred as a result, plus 100% of the income generated via the use of my images. You must remove any and all references to me and my work immediately or pay further financial reimbursement to myself.
